In an effort to keep our prices down while maintaining our quality, Gem Surprise Box does not currently offer service by telephone.

Shipping

Orders take 3-5 days to process before shipping.

We offer FREE U.S. domestic shipping through USPS. If you are interested in making a rush order please email us at hello@GemSurprise.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.

International shipping to Canada or Mexico is a flat rate of $18. Ship anywhere worldwide for a flat rate of $25. Please note that not all items are available for purchase outside of the USA. Gem Surprise Box is not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be incurred.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide their correct current address. An invalid address may result in delays and require additional shipping fees. Gem Surprise Box is not liable for late deliveries or other unforeseen complications while our packages are in the care of third party shipping companies. All payments must clear before your order is shipped.

Tracking is included for domestic orders but may not be available for some international orders.

Gem Surprise Box can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transport.

Gem Surprise Box offers Afterpay for eligible purchases.

Taxes

We do not charge tax but rather collect it when required by the United States IRS. Our website automatically calculates tax requirements to comply with local, regional, and state level laws.

Our website hosting service does not allow us to update or edit your personal or financial information.

Update your payment information anytime by accessing your customer account by signing in at the top of this website.

To update or change your address we ask that you cancel your membership and re-subscribe with your updated information. We apologize for this inconvenience and are limited by what our hosting service allows.
